Girls, what goes through your mind when you know that a guy has not talked much to girls?

There is a girl who knows i get nervous, and she asked me if i have never talked to girls and if i never had a girlfriend. I said no.

what was she thinking and why did she ask that? And how does she know that given that we only have talked very little in class?

There's no way to know for sure what this girl was thinking or why she asked you that question, but it could've been that she suspected that the answer was no (based on your interactions and behavior), or she might have been genuinely curious and wanted to know more about you.
It's also possible that she saw your nervousness and thought it was cute or endearing, and wanted to encourage you to talk to her more. Either way, I wouldn't read too much into it. It seems like you guys still have more to learn about each other, so don't stress about it and just keep talking to her!

She might have observed you in class and she could sense your nervousness while talking. Moreover , if I were that girl I would firstly try to create a comfortable environment for a guy and when he gets comfortable then I would start talking 😛😛

It depends on what he looks like tbh... uglier guys have this problem more often than attractive ones. Unless he suffers from social anxiety or some other disorder.
