So yes but no. Yes, there woman we talk to and flirt with and we just know its never gonna happen. But its fun and playful. I would not say he has no intention of dating her, but if she has no intention of dating him, then just flirty fun. If a guy is taking the time to be flirty and playful and it not going beyond just that, then yes, he will keep doing it until he finds someone that wants. more.

I can't speak to family approval; I mean that is not something I care about.

It’s simple. When I’m single I can talk to as many girls I want too. However, I am flexible and upon meeting a girl that is a good “candidate” or fit for someone serious. I treat her as such, thus I become focus on her and eventually it would result in a relationship

No not in the way you describe though. It´s rather I sometimes fall in love with a woman that catches my attention for something and I assume that she would say no so I don´t pursue her or try to ask her because I don´t see myself having realistic chances to get her.
