I don't think I even know anyone over 7 feet in "altitude".
I would say that a person that is that tall has more disadvantages than advantages. The only advantage I can see is that he sees above all others and does not have to tippitoe like me when I am way in the back of a crowd trying to look past the people in front of me.
As a regular sized woman, I would not want to have a partner that is that tall. It is just off to have such a height difference.
To sum up: No, I don't find anyone, be it man or woman, to be attractive at 7+ feet height.
