You obviously are making something out of nothing. She’s basically telling you “see you later.” You never know what the future holds or if she wants to make efforts To see you again and pursue something. You never know.
You on the other hand, need to focus on what you need to do for yourself. It’s OK to still talk to her but That two day gap in communication is also on you as well since communication works both ways. Keep that in mind before you over think about stuff

I also would read it as "don't go searching for me. I will contact you". To me, the message could not be clearer. She wants to keep a certain distance but that does not mean that she will not contact you ever again; simply not in the near future.

Personally, I would not attempt to contact her when you go to her town. Since you are leaving the country soon, of what purpose would it be to contact her since you will not be around to keep the contact alive?
