I want to make friends, which site should I go to?

There are a few, I know one in the UK. A simple google with Goth, Emo, alternative will flash up a few. How good they are I don’t know, however going to local venues that cater to alt music, goth etc is really the best way to meet similar people. Try Altscene, also Gothmatch. Personally it’s clubs n bars and events, also online altscene stuff.
