If they're of usually pale descent/Italian pale descent or British Isles/Irish even, they tend to have small breasts to average breasts at best in all of my lifetime experience and here in melting pot Australia

I've seen the rare type of pale woman or caucasian woman once or a few times who did have large, natural breasts.
