My girlfriend (18, F) is super small 5’1 and 95 lbs and I am 6’4 and three times her weight. She is really adorable and feminine and she gets tired easily so I give her piggyback rides since I do not want my arms to accidentally crush her tiny body. For kisses, I have to bend down so much but I want to pick her up.
u Uh she is not as fragile as you think. While you don't want to be rough with her messing around considering the size difference I don't think what you are suggesting is going to hurt her. Sure she may be small but I have met some small girls in my life and they aren't going to fall apart despite being short and not weigh much. Just don't be super rough with her. It is simple as that. I am sure if you were to do something that felt like it hurt she is going to let you know. Wouldn't you let someone know something hurts when they did it to you? That is human nature to respond to pain.
I think this may be a troll question. I smell bogus. How can a grown adult man NOT know how to not hurt somebody? Dude. You just manage your strength and output. If you can carry a drink without crushing the can or pet your dog without snapping his head then you can do this too.
She isn't made of glass mate. You don't have to be overly rough but you also don't have to worry about breaking her
If your that worried about it, talk to her and let her tell you how gentle you need to be.

Pick her up, throw her over your shoulder, spank her, etc. Don't be so scared of "breaking" her. As long as you're not being abusive, you're not going to hurt her and if you accidentally do, acknowledge it and move on.
Play it safe:
She's petite, she's not made of glass or china.
Carry her like you would you carry a girl.
I used to pick up my wife and throw her over my shoulder. Of course my wife is very sturdy.
She will be fine, she made it this far in life without being crushed.
