As of now I'm happier single. My psst relationships were stressful, deceitful and based on lies. I like the peace and freedom singlehandedly offers.

I'm not necessarily happier but at least I'm not walking around upset and angry all the time like I was when I wasn't single. I will admit that I'm lonesome but the alternative is much worse.

You may not believe it, but there are things that are much worse than being single such as being with somebody and fighting with them all the time about their behavior and habits. I know because I experienced this. Never again.

I know what your talking about. My last relationship, now 8 years ago. He lied, cheated, and gas lighted me as if I were to blame. I knew to get out, I allowed Fear to keep me stuck in a toxic situatuon. When I am in love, I don't give up. When its 1 person fighting to keep the peace and the relationship together its already doomed!

More than once I confused great sex for love and that made me say with women that were very ill and toxic. No more of that now!

Considering I have always been single, I think I have ne accustomed to being single, Now at this point in Life it will be very difficult for me to incorporate anyone in my life..🤣🤣

No. Not even close. My life prior to meeting my wife was a living hell compared to how I feel now. I wish I were kidding, but I'm not, I'd never go back to being single if given the choice.

But that sounds like co-dependency because the relationship will eventually end either in death or break up and when that happens how will you cope? I feel you're putting too much pressure and hope on 1 person who will be a make it or break it. I would be content with or without that person, nothing is guaranteed in this life.

I'd suggest not judging what you do not understand. It's not codependency to say life would suck without her. It is codependency to say I can't live without her, which Is not what I said. I could live without her, it would just suck, and I'd be heart broken for a long time.. But I could do it..

You sound like one of those women who don't take wedding vows seriously, and who has never actually been in love with anyone other than your self.
