I believe depends on the guy.

Now it is known that men generally notice looks, so if look is approved they'll dive into knowing and learning about her. Either directly or indirectly as approaching her or through her body language.

Most men seem to fall in the direct approach to know her, while those (shy) ones will analyze and try to understamd her personality indirectly or study her from her body language. And maybe the lesst are some men who give some time doing eye contact (body language study & with some seduction) then approach.

So what do we notice.. is probably the question of which forst female body part do you as a man notice. Well, that depends on every and each man of what they think they can measure a woman by.

Let me speak for myself at least.

Depends if I'm looking for cheching out/flirting/picking up, or for general relationship such as work.

If for checking out/flirting/picking up, I'll check the breasts first. If she is showing (not cleaving) but pushed outwards until these lines apper -even if just a little-.. I don't know what that is exactly called. Anyway, then I at least undrrstand that she is showing off her beauty, and she doesn't mind me taking a glance and maybe sending a message of: "Wow, you're pretty". That's the general attitude. Now she may allow me only to look and pass my eyes, or maybe enjoy the look, or maybe allow and enjoy eye fucking & flirting.
I may eye fuck & flirt even girls I may not like the personality of, as in I don't even care much about studying their behavior. Of course her look has to be naturally seducing, not forced/applies prettiness as I call it. So face is also included to fully study makeup and get a perception of her acceptance as well as if she is worth approaching as a person or just the heat of sexual tension and hookup limit.

If for work or general relationship, then I'll mainly focus on the whole outfit, face, posture, and body language (personality and how much is she accepting me).
I don't check them out, because I've heard a girl mentioning to other girls that as she enters the department or this guy sees her, he stares at her and somehow creeps her by always and constantly checking her and so.
I say: As if he just can't believe his eyes, can't control his feelings.. etc. I categorize him as the direct approach guy I previously mentioned.

For me, since I check out girls I have to be clear in my intentions (even if non-verbally) that I'm doing so or at least that I'm enjoying or appreciating her view. And later on take it to a platonic or so relationship, where my main base I work on is sexual tension and "entertainment/casual friendship".

That's not something I'll do with someone I'm daily with as in work, or someone I want a good/healthy or even just say normal relationship with.

You could have the same girl in 20 different scenarios and you're going to look at something different each time for me I look at the eyes and smile I look at her eyes because if she's looking back at you she's talking she's saying something with her eyes and if I like her her eyes will tell me who she is on the inside and that's the most important thing the outside is all just an extra bonus but the inside that's where true beauty comes from
