I'm in the spectrum, and there is nothing better than meeting people in real life... apps give a false feeling of safety and easiness of making contact... but sooner or later, you will have to meet her in person, which will be a disaster...

I created a group of close friends... we go out together, it makes me more at ease... we frequent the same places, so I know them well... I created a known environment to get to know new people.

having social anxiety and following difficulties in social interactions are part of us... it's better to show it to the world and interact with people who see you and accept you as you are...
