If she does, then she should not be teaching and she should be removed from her teaching duties for ever and not be allowed to teach anymore.
This is a toxic behavior of a teacher and should be reported to the school board at once before something serious happens and that she becomes criminal with one (or several) of her students.
No school should tolerate such behavior from a teacher that does not respect the dignity of her students.
I do hope that she will be punished for this toxic behavior and that her name be recorded in a list of potential hazard for her students.
