I need answers please?

A girl in my city which have never seen her saw me kne day in a caffe and we have some eye contacts there like 5 times.. after thay i realized she isn’t too far from my city we met in person on road sometimes amd we have eye contacts always!! Some times rarely she makes me feel invisible! Now she workd at a station so whenever i came by she smiles and act very nice and friendly to me… i really dont want to ask her out despite i like her because i have some issues… so now what shoukd i take? Does she into me or she is just being nice?
