The most important features would be attractive and symmetrical face and legs, halfway between slender and average overall figure. Soft smooth blemish-free skin. Average height. Hair and eye color would depend on her face. Boobs and butt should be small enough to match her figure

I'm particularly drawn to short girls - anything under 5'4" (4'10"-5'4" is adorable).

The perfect figure, to me, is in the neighborhood of 34" to 36" bust, 24" or 25" waist, and 36" to 38" hips.
Basically, a.63 to.68 waist to hip ratio and a bust measurement that is 6" or so larger than her under-bust measurement. Bra size is meaningless. Pointed is best.
Round, tapered, slenderish thighs that aren't too skinny or thick.
A firm, round, bubble butt that isn't too wide but looks wide compared to her waist. It kind of protrudes and creases above her thighs.

She's not skinny, lean or muscular. She's not thick, fat or flabby. Her hips, ass and thighs are soft and she has a bit of padding on her tummy.
