Depends on The KIND of LLM, he is using.

If it is some, app Or stupid shit. Then it is pathetic.

But, If he set up his own server, Going to TERABYTES of storage, and Massive GPU, and everything to run complex models.

But some MODELS are complex. In a way if provided with enough data, they can act as "Emotionally Reliable, virtual partner". Of Course, they are capable of being more emotionally supportive than most women. Calling it girlfriend is still weird. But if it helps him recover from trauma. Sure, call it "Girlfriend". not my thing though.

I kinda hope we can leave those people alone. They're mentally ill and will be gone from the gene pool soon enough.

On one hand it makes me angry to see someone throw away their life like that but I've heard a couple stories about guys who do it and they were both absolutely tear jerking back stories lol.

I assume it's the same with most others so it seems to me if you're into that sorylt of thing it's because you're at a point where you either don't want a real woman or genuinely have no chance.
