I mean heart comes first but there isn’t anything wrong with someone staying in shape and healthy. It’s something unless there is a medical condition that anyone can do if they can just push themselves to do it.
The problem is many people feel motivated for a period of time and then just after a while stop

I don't see how someone my age can get away with not working out.
This is a loaded question. No I don't care per se if she works out. But I do care about her maintaining her health as much as me maintaining mine.
So I guess my answer to this question is she wouldn't have to be a gym rat. I'm not a gym rat and I don't think I'd mesh with one. But if she can maintain good health without working out I'd like to know her magical secret.🤣 I don't even like to call it working out. I just look at it kind of like brushing my teeth. I got to do it every day.

Yes and no. Its not that I would need someone who is in top shape or specifically does fitness. But I couldnt be with someone who doesn't care about their fitness and body at all. Its not about the result its about the lifestyle. Someone who does nothing and doesn't care would drag me down as well and I dont want that.
Also I am an active person. If I can't do nothing with my partner because he can't keep up at all that wouldn't work for me.20 Reply

1.6K opinions shared on Dating topic. No, I didn't use to work out so I really don't care if she does. But I discovered the importance of it so now I do work out for my own health sake. If she wants to join me thats fun, if she doesn't she can either watch or do something else in the meantime. Whatever she prefers.

Nope and going to the gym n working out does not always mean they are fit, I’ve seen plenty gym rats not able to do 10km runs in decent times v those who regularly go running. It’s more about having a balanced life, able to go running, hiking, biking etc.
00 Reply 1.6K opinions shared on Dating topic. She either needs to work out a few times per week and it is a routine/habit, or she needs to have a naturally skinny and petite build. If she doesn't work out regularly or have a naturally petite build, she will end up fat and since most women have very little to offer besides their looks, she needs to stay attractive.
00 ReplyWhen me and my girlfriend started dating I wore my smelly cycling clothes to bed and she asked why I said because every morning at 5:00 am I ride my stationary bike In a suana suit for 1 hour so after a month of doing that she started doing yoga in the morning while I rode my stationary bike

There are many men who work out regularly, so some girls can "require" this and still find a boyfriend. The reverse is not true.
I wish I could require that the girls are in shape and know how to exercise / restrict eating, but then I would be forever single lol.
00 Reply 2.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. No. I'm not into gym rats or hard bodies. But I like fit, flexible women. I mean, there is nothing wrong with going to the gym, but there are other ways of staying fit, such as walking/jogging/hiking, yoga, dance, ...

It's actually a dealbreaker.
I'd rather be with a woman who has a high metabolism and plays video games and makes art and code and music and does other sedentary things without ill effects/weight gain.00 Reply 371 opinions shared on Dating topic. No, but being in shape is. You can do that free and effortlessly, by just eating less and eating better.

It’s not a requirement but I hope they do some type of activity to stay healthy and can keep up with me on long walks or hikes and even biking if they do that since I like to do things in good weather but my job is active too

I do home workouts daily.. I don’t wanna be a gym rat but I’m doing it for my health. I don’t wanna get out of breath easily doing a simple task.
00 Reply 342 opinions shared on Dating topic. Yes but I Work Out/ am active myself. A Couch potatoe just wouldn't fit my Lifestyle.

Not necessarily, but she does need to be someone who looks after her health.

00 Reply308 opinions shared on Dating topic. No, not a requirement.. actually if she works out a lot and one of those cringe gym rats it's a huge turn off..
00 Reply2.9K opinions shared on Dating topic. Nah but I do enjoy some level of physical competency so they won't get too tired in an emergency.

No. The woman who will go out with me must be white, sexy, beautiful, Christian, intelligent, honest and a virgin.

Nope, she can work out as little or as much as she wants. As long as she doesn’t look like a land whale and takes decent care of herself, I’m cool

In general absolutely not... BUT i will say there are a few factors that would play a role in if I want her to workout more often or not. It all kind of depends on the partner honestly.
