I get randomly angry at my girlfriend for no reason, do you have any suggestion for me?

I think I've been feeling disconnected or misunderstood for a while even small issues can trigger much larger emotional responses...

Question is do you feel it's a dissatisfaction with HIM and/or the relationship? Or a dissatisfaction with life in general?

Cos the 2nd thing i think we ALL get like that. Your close to my age too and I'm feeling all sorts of feelings right now about the scary void of the future and a need to do things fun and break up the montonomy of just working and doing chores. If this is the case maybe try to think of a goal you could work towards, could be fitness goal or a hobby or getting out to socialise more.

If it's the 1st thing... again in happens. We get lazy or bored in relationships or they get lazy or boring. Kind of ties in with the day ti day mononomy again. You can suggest planning some fun things to look forward to? Saving up for a vacation together? Inject some joy or spark.

If it's not that but him... well your gonna have to have a serious think.

But I think it's probably just the life thing and that's good news. You can work on that!

3 months ago you broke up with your girlfriend and now you've already moved on with a guy and had time to feel disconnected for "a while" in a relationship that couldn't have been going on long. You see how this all doesn't add up?

Communicate more, maybe when you get angry, try to tell him how that made you feel and have a conversation about it. Don't accuse him of doing anything wrong, you two are a team, you need to work this out together.

Separate when you feel angry urge, go away for a bit, get a cup of water while listening to music / watching something funny then come right back.
