My female friend, and a guy friend, and me went out today together. Then we went to sephora.

She is testing a makeup, then suddenly she jokingly say to him to buy it for her, he respond with “if my girlfriend, i will buy”

Then i was looking at perfume and i told her it smells nice then she say to him “ XX (my name) like it, buy it for her” and he just silent, didn't say no didn't say yes or anytg

Hmm that does seem kinda weird sis! Like why would she be joking about having him buy her stuff if they're just friends? And then telling him to get you something too, that's crossing a line I think.

It almost feels like she was lowkey trying to make him jealous or something by bringing up the whole "if I was your girlfriend" thing. And the fact that he got all quiet and awkward when she mentioned getting you perfume is sus too. I wouldn't be surprised if he maybe has a little crush on her or something.

I'd just watch them interact more carefully. See if there's any other flirty vibes between them. If there is, she might not really be your friend - more like she's trying to get with this guy and doesn't care if it hurts you. True friends wouldn't do shady stuff like that.

You should definitely bring it up to her and see how she responds. Hopefully it was just a one-time weird thing, but I wouldn't fully trust her after that. Stick close to your other real friends for now sis - something seems off about her behavior! Let me know what happens.
