If I was into dating, which I am not, thank goodness, then it would be a person that is totally straight without the hint of being bisexual. That would be a reason to sever a relation immediately. Why?

Because for any gender, it is hard enough to know that your straight partner has the pool of half the adult humanity to cheat on. Having a bi partner opens that pool to the entire adult humanity as potential cheating opportunity.

I could live with 2+ billion adult women being competitors but 4+ billion adult women AND men, that is definitely more than I would be willing to risk.

One is not bi because one is satisfied with the opposite gender but because one wants to try out the own gender as well. And where there is temptation there is always a way.

The counter argument is that if you are dating someone who is a cheater they will find a way to cheat regardless of their orientation, and vice verse if they are loyal to you they will be loyal regardless.

That is the main reason I don't want to date and my choice has proved to be the right one.

Totally understand and respect your decision to not date. I’m in agreeance with you that all humans have the potential to cheat because at the end of the day we are selfish creatures. I also have decided against dating at the moment for this reason, however I do have hope that maybe the right person could change my mind one day.

That being said I don’t think it’s fair to say someone is more likely to cheat simply because they are bi. I believe a persons likelihood of cheating depends far more on their character and moral compass than their sexual orientation.

After some reflection I have to agree with you. Now that I think about the only time I ever cheated on my ex girlfriend it was actually with another man smh. All of my male partners have been black men and they provide a sexual chemistry and experience that no woman can provide for me and eventually the temptation became too much. Back when I was bi, it was never an issue finding a woman to date. Usually the women I dated wanted to peg me at least once knowing I was bi and that I was okay with it. Ya bisexuality is definitely a spectrum. In my case I’m much more attracted to women overall. Strong sexual attraction and strong emotional attraction for woman and with men I have pretty strong sexual attraction but zero emotional attraction. Also girls are just prettier so girls win for a long shot.
