On average it's smaller. I mean there are a lot more big dick Blacks than big dick whites, and the scale of "big" for Blacks is way bigger than "big" for whites. And yes, all the really big to huge dicks are Black. Still, it doesn't mean Black girls had that a lot or don't want a white boyfriend. Like with white girls or Asian girls or Hispanic girls and whatnot, having a boyfriend doesn't stop us from getting other dick, especially if it's a drive say for big dick Blacks. A lot of white guys who like Black girls get all tangled up on the size topic, when the Black girls are looking to the white boys for things Black guys often don't have.
