Guys when your sick or kind of sick do you still have sex with your partner ?

We been together for 13 years. We have always had sex if either one of us is sick. Of course if we are ever sick maybe cuddling would work better but lately my relationship with him has been bad and we don’t have sex like before. I’ve talked to him about it but things just end up bad and turn into an argument. I have mentioned how he doesn’t touch me like he use to and he just doesn’t seem my point of view and how it affects me. We don’t live together and we usually book hotel for the weekend but this time we only booked it for Sunday and he is sick but he isn’t that sick if that makes any sense. He made no move to have sex. I would usually make a comment about it but I kept it cool and we watched a show until 1 am. Funny thing he was watching the show calm but as soon as we lay down he started coughing loud and saying how he wish he wasn’t sick. I stayed quiet and told him “ yeah that sucks go rest “.
hoping that maybe in the morning we would do something but we didn’t.
While getting ready told him that he didn’t try to make a move or anything and he said “ I’m sick “. But I been with him for 13 years and this is a new excuse. We haven’t had sex since last Monday and won’t see him until Friday or Saturday.
