Who is desirable is very subjective so what one person finds desirable isn’t necessary who someone else would see that way. So I’ll tell you don’t try to impress the opposite sex look for quality of attention instead of quantity.

I would say being a decent human being is one thing. Everything else is gravy on top sure the “bad boys” get girls but most of those chicks are pathetic trash. Those men will be very sorry later in life so remember slow and steady does win the race in the end. Those men will me marrying the first chick they knock up while you waited a while but got a amazing woman.

Status is the bridge quality.

Money, personality, kindness, attentiveness, etc... are bottom qualities. Useful, but not priority.
