Do men notice things about women but don't really tell them that?

Recently, I started casually dating a guy. I got to know that his favourite colour is Red so I bought a Red bra and wore IT under a top. You could see the stripes from under IT. I wanted him to be pleased. But he didn't say anything until the end when I pointed out that I wore something in his favourite colour. He just said:'I saw it'. Nothing more. How should I interpret that?

Most men aren’t going to say something. We don’t think the way women do. That’s the biggest problem is that women think well if I think this way or act this way he should do the same. It’s nice that you do things like that, but men don’t get that same reaction out of things the way women do. It doesn’t gives us butterflies, we don’t get all sappy. It’s not natural for us. I generally don't notice something like that, even if I notice something like that, I won't mention it unless I'm sure the girl I'm talking to doesn't think I'm creepy.
But still, how will he know whether you are wearing this bra by chance or to show him that you wore this colour because it's his favourite colour?
This is such a subtle signal that the man will not catch it unless you tell him. Then slowly he will start noticing.

I would say that if he does not notice then you can say that today I am wearing something of your favourite colour. Then he will notice it. Give him a little more time so that he becomes aware of these things because a man's brain is asleep when it comes to these things.
