I wouldn't... People in general (but insecure women especially) will look for ways to take everything as some kind of a slight or insult. Comparisons are especially tricky.

I once asked a pretty blonde girl if her eye color was natural (she has these gorgeous, interesting, deep, lusty hazel eyes). Her immediate response was "yeah, why? Do my eyes look fake?"
