I fail to understand why nipples would be a dealbreaker for anyone, be it a male or a female.

A dealbreaker for what? For dating? If somebody would consider the shape of a nipple a dealbreaker in a relationship, then that person is not ready for a relationship in the first place and that same person is very superficial to prioritize the shape of a nipple and to place it at the same level as an intellect, character or personality.

There are probably some people that are that superficial but then, they are not only that superficial when it comes to nipples but superficial for most things in life.

Such a person is a red flag.
