White people tend to have access to better education on average than other races. This is a fact. The smarter you are the more likely you are to A) be better at not Impregnating people you don't mean to and B) have better reasons to not have children at all.

This combination of facts necessarily leads to lower birthrates than populations that don't tend toward the same facts as much.

In other words, stupid people tend to be too stupid to refrain from having litters of kids and white people make up a smaller percentage of the stupid people on average. So you can either have smarter whites who keep building all the technology and advancing the world but don't have many kids. Or you can have whites who fuck like rabbits but contribute less to world progress.
