How should I feel about this situation my brother is dating a woman twice his age?

My brother is 18 fresh out of high school thinking about going into law enforcement. Long story short he went on a ride along and he’s been seeing her ever since. Don’t ask me how things started between them he kept it a secret for a while. Then said that they became friends and the rest is history.

Look he's a adult this woman’s 30. I’ve met her she is very nice she kind of has that attitude and demeanor. But I just worry he's my younger brother dating a woman a lot older
