I can't speak for all guys given the cult that has been empowered to crawl out from under their rocks in this past election but, normal well adjusted white guys I know don't really care if a woman is White, light skinned, dark skinned, or anywhere in between.

What matters is overall attractiveness. Fitness, style, personality, intelligence, confidence, values, the ability to carry a conversation, and a willingness / ability to be fun flirty and playful.

That being said, this is just a tendency. Tons of people are attracted to people of other races.
