When they're what you'd imagine being absolutely amazing to be or be with. Like a performer doing a performance you would love to do or someone who fits all the attractive desires you have at the same time.

Fleeting but memorable. I still remember walking past a guy who was perfect looking in my eyes (I am straight and didn't fancy him just though he was a beautiful man (didn't fit many of the traits that women would see as attractive either).

Acrobats and performers doing those wing suit or base jumping for me are amazing too. Rally drivers (mainly the cars) too.

Yeah only twice I don't know how they felt about it. The first girl was a coworker (bartender) at Red Robin. One day after work -after this incident- i was going to order my meal to take home and i was chatting with some guys from work and she came up and read me my order before i placed it I laughed and jokingly touched her on the arm and said you know me so well, i could tell she got visibly uncomfortable by it, i never did get to apologize to her for making her feel uneasy. She was at the time engaged when all this transpired.

The 2nd one wasn't as strong we only locked eyes and i couldnt break away but i was aware of the objects in my peripheral unlike the former incident where everything vanished but just her. The 2nd time was with a total stranger at a marijuana dispensary.
