This is more than just cringy. It is outright inappropriate and shows a lack of respect for someone that is no longer your loved one. There has been a breakup for a good reason and the other person has moved on while you are still living in the past.

The fact that you cannot let go of her leads me to believe that you could have been the reason why the relationship has broken up. A person that still fantasize about his (or her) ex is a red flag. To me, that signifies that you did not see or appreciate her as a person but more as an object.
