I can't speak for other women, as I would be generalizing; women are very diverse in their thinking and have their own mindsets, needs, personalities etc., but for me the most important qualities in a partner, or friend, are being empathetic/kind and compassionate toward the underprivileged, not just men of status and stature, animals, supporting social causes and showing respect for others, even when they hold different views.

Also, having an appreciation for the arts, literature, fiction reading books and/or writing, music, movies, as well as, being intelligent, humble and down-to-earth (I can't stand braggadocious types with a holier than thou attitude, who constantly flex, or gloat about their own superiority)
