The qualities you mentioned are definitely attractive and not toxic. What makes it toxic is if you are assertive to the extent that you don’t listen to anyone else’s opinion and push your ideas onto them.
But coming from a place of leadership, and not narcissistic blind obedience, it is attractive!

First, and most importantly: A man who has his shit together.

And I mean in every area of his life. Job, life skills, social skills, living situation, living by himself in his own house, his personality, sense of humor, etc.

Nothing is a bigger turn off to women than a man who doesn't have his shit together. So no men who live with their parents. No men with a minimum wage job. No men who are socially awkward. No men who don't know how to cook, clean, fix things around the house, fix a car, etc.

And beyond that, confidence. Women hate weak, insecure men. They want a man who is worth their time.

Not that women expect men to be 100% perfect, as that'd just be unrealistic and unreasonable. But they want men who generally have their life together, even if they're not 100% perfect.

Besides looks, I really value a kind or generous man…someone who doesn’t raise his voice or cuss a lot and just a genuinely good human being to those around him , especially strangers who can’t give anything in return like waiters, old people, etc


Also, seeing a guy being good with children is a major turn on!
I also really like if a guy has a strong individuality and does not feel the need to be inauthentic to be liked and has his own set of principles! It makes me feel like I can trust him as he has integrity!


Men who read as a hobby or cook or dance are also really attractive!


Another underrated quality is being a good listener. Someone who can make anyone feel welcome and heard.. and make me laugh is really attractive!
