I would recommend POF. com for guys. For guys it's a numbers game mainly. And POF has the largest database. Ergo it gives you a statistical advantage.

He may claim to be tall and handsome, but he is not hot and sexy. He is not in the top 10%, let alone the top 1%. If he were, he would need to chase pretty girls because they would all be chasing him. Perhaps he is above average, but guys above average are not the guys beautiful, hot chicks will settle for.

I don't know Turkish history, nor do I know your situation. Dating apps are not expensive and may not take a lot of your time, so they may be worth trying. However, I would not have high expectations. Moreover, what value do they have unless you can meet girls you find on the dating apps? To meet, the girls must live within a reasonable distance, and wherever the girls are located, you could meet the girls by traveling that distance without the aid of a dating app.
