If staying up late is bad, how come some people work late at night?

Like literally, news programming is on as late as 11pm to as early as 3am

Because they have to work in order to pay their bills, jobs are not going to navigate around what is best for our health. If his was case there would be no doctors if you go to the hospital after specific times. It’s just the way the world works.

Some folks have a natural "go-to" strength in the morning, others in the evening. That's all.

I feel like people work late at night because they don't get enough time during the day. Like if you're working and also trying to study.
