Like literally, news programming is on as late as 11pm to as early as 3am

Because they have to work in order to pay their bills, jobs are not going to navigate around what is best for our health. If his was case there would be no doctors if you go to the hospital after specific times. It’s just the way the world works.

I feel like people work late at night because they don't get enough time during the day. Like if you're working and also trying to study.

OK... Some people actually have to work at night, such as the emergency services and hospitals... Or are they suppose to shut down at night?
