The United States of America
California, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, all allow for marriage as young as 12 so long as parents consent on behalf of their child
Hawaii and Kansas both have a legal marriage age of 15
And then you have fundamentalist mormons who marry at 12 as well
And while you can argue it’s not legal, the US is still letting happen on their soil without doing much a out it
If you know the answer then why ask the question? Waste server space?
