If you are among the attractive guys, sure.
Scandinavian men typically rank between 1st to 3rd aa a group. Commonly challenged by Italy and recently South Korea. The Men's list is a lot less competitive than the Women's one.
Ultimately though if you're hot, your ethnicity won't matter much. If you look good and exotic for wherever you are, you get some free points. Do some travelling if you can, stay for a longer time. It is very easy to attract people when you are the novelty.
It’s mostly your wallet, that’s attractive.
