It is a bit of a conflict. Italians are known to be too exuberant and perhaps a little loud. That is a negative point in my opinion. Germans are known to be stubborn and can be loud as well. Both of them give an impression of someone that may want to impose themselves onto others.

On the other hand, Italians have great Mediterranean food while Germans are more precise and reliable. Those are positive traits that appeal to me.

Thus, it is neither good nor bad. There are positive and negative points to both nationalities and that would make you, in my eyes, someone that fits most of the world population.
