I think the instinct to date taller guys is a survivability thing for short girls


The idea being that if they want to procreate it’s best not to have short offsprings


But a tall girl doesn’t have that problem since she can pass on her tall genes


Most shorter guys tend ruin these relationships all on their own by being insecure about being shorter

Yes. I have a friend around 5'4" and he dated a girl around 6'. She was an AMAZING and beautiful girl. Unfortunately, they didn't last.

Yes. She was gorgeous too! I should say that he was very good looking and successful, which helps but even so, she was crazy about him before she knew he made good money.

Got it. That gives me confidence. I had a chance with a 6'0 girl and I didn't secure her because I had a mental block that she wasn't a realistic option because of her height. I didn't think girls that tall date guys that short.

She worried about how he would feel but he was a very confident guy. She said when they first started dating, she was always careful about wearing certain shoes that had a higher heel, because she was worried if it would bother him. He was like, "I don't give a shit!". Most girls aren't that shallow, if they see something in you that they like, they don't care about things like height.

I can’t speak for most girls. My boyfriend is a little shorter than 5’11”, so pretty close to 6’. If heights were reversed, I’d still date him because he is awesome.

Now, what other girls would do? No idea. My one roommate is fairly tall and went on a few dates with a guy that was shorter. Not sure how much, but it was noticeable. In the end, not a love connection, but his height wasn’t the reason.
