Dad bod is fine as long as the effort of fitness is visible. Some folks claim "dad bod" but it's really an enormous beer belly, whereas "dad bod" is just a physically fit "one pack" -- healthy just not super chiseled. If the gal needs to stay fit and sexy for her guy, the guy should do his best as well.
