The elements of fascism are employed exclusively by the left.

During the Biden years, we were told we were not allowed to have an opinion that disagreed with them. We were told we had to call people we could clearly see were male or female by different pronouns. We were told certain people were allowed to have their entire livelihoods taken away from them based only on something they said, or were alleged to have said. We were told we were not allowed to say the president was senile, that he was not physically or mentally competent to even run an Office Depot, much less the most powerful country on Earth. We were told we were not allowed to say this, even though we could see with our own eyes that he was, and even though the left themselves changed their position after he was out of office and said, oh, I guess we were wrong. We voted to end this fascism, and we won. So now we don't have to listen to your scolding anymore.

I think there is definitely a lack of civics education, which is revealed in some of the things that people assert as being true when they're clearly not. Additionally, a substantial amount of anger.
