How far would you travel for a date before it feels too far?

Question

For some 20 miles is too far. For others, they would go much further. The more you expand your stomping grounds, the better your chances at a relationship.

I had a long distance relationship , for 4 years with somebody that lived 1500 miles away. It really was way too long and eventually that is why we broke up.

I made the hundred mile rule. I would not date anyone that lived more than a hundred miles away.

Then I met my future wife. When we met she was living in the next town from me, however she had taken a job 300 miles away. I decided she was worth the trouble.

I’d travel wherever, if I had great chemistry and connection and attraction with her. Distance is only time , that can be accomplished if we both are in it together

Max 50kms. Ideally, I'd want to meet halfway or within my city.

I have family living in other cities within my province that I can easily drive to. I've gone on dates in those cities when I was visiting family.

I wouldn't purposely drive to another city for a date unless I was already planning on going there.

I met a girl on the phone many years ago we became connected. She had to move to Lakeland Florida. I live in Miami Florida. I would drive there for a while until she eventually moved into my house in Miami. We lasted a long time. and we travel to Europe together and went on cruise ship ships in Miami and traveled the United States
