There are actually 5 things any human cannot live without. They are called the survival needs. They are oxygen, hydration (water), nutrition (food), sleep and shelter.

Those are actually the only things that I will ever need in order to survive in any kind of environment.

Now, other things like family, money, social connections, safety and security are nice to have but are not detrimental to your health. You can live without those but survival will be more difficult and challenging.

As for dating, since you placed your question in that topic, this is NOT, and I repeat NOT something mandatory. You can be perfectly happy without a partner.

Food, water and family come to mind. First two are easy choices. I won't last long without them. The last is a personal choice and something I depend on a lot at my age and this stage in life.
