Questions: Dating

i feel like people undermine how much looks matter. Especially guys, who think that to be good at dating you just need to be rich and have “social status” while disregarding their looks completely.

I’m not sure if people do that to feel better about themselves but I honestly think this might be the case.

I think girls are fully aware of how much looks matter since they try to hard to look good. Can also be proven by the fact how girls on average look better than guys because they put more effort into their looks, while many guys don’t even take the time to trim their nails.

Neither tall or short but exactly the same height as you and you like everything else about the person.

Not short…just shorter?

Since I was about 25 years old, I've considered an age gap of about 5 years older/younger to be acceptable for dating. Now that I'm 34 though, dating a 39 old just seems somehow wrong to me. Like they're basically 40. Is that really petty? I'm sure a 29 year old would consider me too old as well.

I guess it's cause I don't feel 34. I still feel like I'm in my mid 20s.
