You didn't mention the actual question. What do you want to know? The speed of that bike? That would be 270*1.8*pi ft per minute (25 ft per second or 1527 ft per minute or 17 miles per hour).
(I hope I didn't fuck up my unit conversions, I use metric system, not imperial)
