If it makes you feel any better, you are popular on here <3
If you want to be popular where you work, try talking to the other workers a bit more and slowly start to build up a larger friend group :)
I would say a ridiculous life goal that I had was that I wanted to own a pet store when I was 18, I told my family that I planned on buying a area somewhere and start selling animals there.
Problem was, after looking around where I live, there are no real available areas for shop developments and adding to that, I could not manage a pet store alone, meaning I would have to employ staff, which would mean I would have to pay them, then I would also have to have a LOT of equipment and materials and supplies for the animals which I know I can't afford. The goal disappeared by around October of 2018
I do still want to get a snake but for that I need to wait till I have my own place and am capable of properly caring for it, which I feel I am not properly capable of doing yet, so I am going to hold out till I am sure I can provide the animal with a good life <3
Thank you! :)
I want to open a bar where everyone leaves having made more money than they arrived with, more happiness, having eaten like kings with plans to open a B&B so they have a place to sleep.
Probably to have a soulmate, without guys saying “i will be your soulmate” and leave me, break up with me or leave for a girl that looks like Ronald McDonald
Aimed at my ex, he broke up with me because he doesn't have the time to deal with me anymore. Gets back with his ex 3 hours later
The relationship only lasted 2 months, I've already achieved so much and i haven't even been broken up with him for like a day. They are suited for one another, they both have no goals or ambitions, whereas i have my motorbike license, my dream job and passing my studying
I want to open a women's only bar, where the seats are guys' (and girls') faces that the women can sit on as their seats. Lmao.

To climb the peak of Everest... Until I made extensive research on how hard it is to get there and how I should be ready to accept I might never come back down. I'm not willing to take that risk.
Until today, you can see the people who did not make it. Their bodies do not decompose up there.
Lol. Same
I'd like to run a junior, semi-pro, or professional hockey team. Have stability. Own a manufacturing business and own a private reptile zoo. All pretty lofty, if I get close, I'll be pretty stoked.
Your goal isn't silly at all. We're social creatures that crave companionship. That's all your goal is, and I get the feeling that you'll get there.
Yes. I want to find a girl that checks all, and I do mean all, if not all, like 99% of my boxes! I've so far met one girl that's checked half. And the other half wasn't pretty. And these girls are getting worse these days on one side while getting better on the other... so it probably, nay... it WILL never happen
I want to lose 60kg again, but I can't seem to give a fuck this time around. I've also got uni to think about I seem to have lost my oldest friends to political differences. So yeah, I want to lose 60kg again (let's make it 70kg), make lasting friends, loads of things tbh. It all just seem out of reach.
I guess the only ridiculous goal I have is being a doctor so good that I can paint my hair a crazy color and have a bunch of tattoos and still be highly respected.
I want to live very long, experimenting most of what it is being human.
And when I say long, I mean centuries or even milleniums long.
not likely girlie!!!
if i wanted any lip i'd pull down my pants girlie!!!
What Causes Aging?
The natural process of oxidation causes aging. We live because our bodies are constantly burning fuel (in the form of fat and sugar). This process of burning a fuel is the oxidation process. In other words, to create heat and energy, oxidation must occur. Therefore, if we are alive, oxidation will happen. There are byproducts of oxidation. These byproducts are known as free radicals. It is the damage from free radicals that cause us to age.
What are Free Radicals?
All things are composed of atoms that join together with other atoms to form molecules. The molecules are held together by an electro-magnetic force involving the sharing of electrons (negative electrical charges). Electrons are always paired. If they are not paired, an unstable molecule results. Unstable molecules (free radicals) become flying missiles which cause damage to other molecules, making them unstable molecules. A chain reaction results which can damage tissue. The outcome is that the human body ages.
Damaged Molecules = Damaged Cells = Damaged You = An Old Person
The most damaging free radicals are known as the reactive oxygen species. They are the hydroxyl radical and the superoxide radical. The oxygen singlet and hydrogen peroxide are non-radical variations of the reactive oxygen species.
Why Do Some People Age Faster Than Others?
There are certain factors that will predispose a person to age more quickly. These are outside influences that actually create more free radical damage than normal, therefore, accelerating aging. Some of these factors that increase the rate of aging are:
Cigarette smoke.
Air, water, soil pollution.
Ultraviolet light (including radiation from X-rays, CAT, PET, MRI scans).
Ultra exercise.
Food additives.
Pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers.
Stress (emotional).
Certain drugs.
Uncontrolled diabetes.
Asbestos and related fibers.
Reperfusion injuries (the return of blood to an organ or tissue that has been temporarily deprived of blood).
What Slows the Process of Aging?
Anti-oxidants slow the process of aging. These substances prevent oxidation from occurring or in their own particular way negate the effects of the oxidation. There are two groups of anti-oxidants. The first group is the one that you produce without even thinking about it. They are called endogenous anti-oxidants. These are anti-aging fighters that your body produces. The second group are exogenous protectors, anti-oxidants that you supply to your body through diet and supplementation.
The Endogenous Anti-Oxidants
There are three main anti-aging fighters that your body produces naturally. The first is superoxide dismutase (SOD). SOD converts the superoxide radical into hydrogen peroxide, which in turn, through a separate process, is turned into water and oxygen. The second and third are the anti-oxidants that convert the hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. They are catalase and gluthathione peroxidase.
The Exogenous Anti-Oxidants
The three main anti-aging fighters that you can supply to your body through diet and supplementation are vitamins C, E, and beta carotene. There are also many naturally occurring anti-oxidants in our vegetables and fruits, however, the vitamins C, E, and beta carotene are some of our most comprehensive. Other helpful anti-oxidants are the carotenoids, lycopene, grapeseed extract, Coenzyme Q10, Resveratrol, lutein, zeaxanthin, quercetin, and broccoli sprouts extract.
Unsaturated fats, such as those found in nuts, seeds, nut butter, and oils, are also valuable. They, too, contain antioxidants. An additional benefit is that unsaturated fats allow the addition of a functional group.
To make hormones and neurotransmitters, your body must take a fat and add what is known as a functional group. When the body is forced to use a saturated fat for this purpose (i. e., butter, lard, palm oil, cheese, etc.), it must first convert this saturated fat to an unsaturated fat. Then it can attach its functional group. However, the process of changing a saturated fat to an unsaturated one creates free radical damage. If one consumes unsaturated fats vs. saturated fats, this free radical damage can be avoided.
Plan to Dramatically Slow the Process of Aging
We will all age. Nothing will keep us living to the age of 150 years. However, some people are wrinkled and grey-headed by the age of thirty-five. Premature aging should be addressed. If you are a person who is growing old very quickly, I recommend the following:
Eliminate sweets from your diet.
Get at least 9 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period.
Eat 5 servings of vegetables daily (serving size: ½ cup, or 1½ cups if it is a salad).
Eat foods with multi-carotenoid/phytonutrients, such as walnuts, artichokes, eggs, and deep-colored vegetables (i. e., carrots, broccoli, orange winter squash, spinach, and tomatoes).
Eat yellow, red, and orange bell peppers for their high vitamin C content.
Consume 1½ cups nuts or seeds daily. These should be eaten 1½ hours away from any legume servings. If you wish, you may substitute ¾ cup nut or seed butter (i. e., cashew butter, peanut butter [natural—no hydrogenation or palm/coconut oil], sunflower seed butter, etc.) or 6 Tablespoons oil (olive, canola, walnut, etc. [just no palm or coconut oil]) instead of the nuts. Nuts and seeds are a wonderful source of vitamin E, and also supply unsaturated fat.
For beta carotene, eat more vegetables! Again, the colored vegetables are best. Hot peppers, romaine and leaf lettuce, kale, spinach, and carrots are all good sources.
have a great day girlie!!! its an irish thing.
Also, what you’re describing is why cells die, but the real secret to aging lies in how your cells are replaced. You see, the problem lies in the ADN chains, which gets damaged at each cellular division, and by the occasional radiation that does through the defenses of the cells to directly wipe out parts of your ADN chains (I’m talking about UV rays, X rays and gamma rays). Some natural mechanisms are in place to make it so that we survive for a long time, but ultimately, ADN damage means that the cell doesn’t accomplish all of it’s functions, which leads to the failure of basic bodily functions in time.
Now, if there was a way to preserve an undamaged version of someone’s ADN, and then replace all of the cells every once in a while, the person could, in theory, live indefinitely, given that there’s no fatal accidents. The hardest thing to replace would be nerves and brain cells, since those are made to be used for a lifetime, never to be replaced. Nerves are somewhat manageable, but replacing braincells would mean wiping out all memories, since those are saved by electrical patterns tied to specific neurons.
You're not quite seeing the big picture here kid. You're thinking along some good lines, but you're slightly inaccurate. Listen to me. Learn from me.
