I love it. I get to stand in a 40 degree room for 9 hours a day and have learned one of the oldest professions. And being a meat cutter in a rural town of just about 2.5k people i have gotten to know most everyone in the town. And daily i see the effect of my work on the faces of all of them.

Love my second job as a pizza cook more, its my side gig now, but i have been a pizza cook and a chef for over a decade.

All in all very happy with both.

Yeah, for the most part. Sure, there are days when things get stressful or mentally draining, but I'm very fortunate to be in the professional situation I'm in.

Meh.. The money is reasonable, it keeps me amused, and I've funded my life through it for several decades Hopefully it's something I can keep doing until retirement, somewhere just over the horizon.
