I was a general clerk before. Now working as a beautician in a beauty clinic that one hour away from home. The thing is …
I didn’t know how hurt it can be ( to my back ) helping my clients to do treatments as I have to move my upper body forward at the same time sitting.
My company only has 2ppl (my boss and me). From what heard she got Spinal disc herniation because of her work. I kind of concern that I might got it someday…
I started working there 1week ago Only. I wonder is it because of wrong posture or anyone has same problem? please share.

I'm pretty sure that it's not uncommon, my mother-in-law was a beautician and owned a shop. Multiple ladies in there had back issues. Proper posture would definitely help.

She's retired now but she did it for probably 30 years but the back issues started a long time ago
