Labor laws are generally only concerned with worked hours and hours worked in succession.
6 hours a week is only 42 hours in total, which is probably well within most regulations.
Sucky job sure, but it sounds legal to me.
But then again, I have no idea about the laws in the UK.

Is that a one time schedule or is that the typical schedule?
No, it's not normal, but some jobs are not normal. Hell, I'd rather work 12 hours for 3 or 4 days and have the rest off.

No that's not normal. In my experience you should get at least one day off a week. I personally work five days.
I think it would depend on the type of job you have and however much time you’re able to spend working. If you have nobody to take care and no other commitments, I’m sure that would make sense. Otherwise how would that work?
Not normally, but for this specific job it might be? And it's part time I'm guessing (are you classified as part time?)? Are you able to get any days off if you need them? That's what I'd ask. If you're ok with working most days?
Yeah it's quite normal in some fields and this must be one of them
Me and my friends all work 7 day weeks but we are self employedMy longest stint without a day off was 63 days.
I tend to keep busy.I did 7 days a week for several years while doing college.
I imagine that means you need to be available 7 days a week.
No. Tell them you are available 4 days a week and see if the will compromise and make it 5.
Absolutely not. You work to live not live to work
Hotels are a 7 day a week business.
