  If people don't feel they make enough, then they can always go another route, but to think a company has to pay you to do nothing... I mean I work with people that will disappear for 30-40 min at a time 2-3 times throughout the shift, why should they get paid the same as the people working hard?

  Why do people expect to be paid to do nothing? If it pays your bills, buys your groceries, keeps a roof over your head and provides for you or your family, how isn't that benefiting?

  I'll say, some the people I work with spend more time and energy whining about work than just to do the damn work they getting paid to do, and they making good money, well well advice minimum wage, hell at their age I was making $7-8 dollars an hour and minimum wage was like $4 an hour
