Manufacturing engineer for a metalcasting foundry and machine shop. I work with sand casting, investment casting, centrifugal casting, and post cast machining. My job is to investigate quality control issues post-cast and post-machining process. Understanding metallurgy is a big part of my job. Knowing how the metal acted or reacted (liquid or solid) in order to create what discrepancy was discovered in a latter process.

I manage a team of super-smart guys and do technical writing, to take their geek talk and turn it into something usable. These guys aren't exactly the most social people, but I manage them to help with software conversions and occasionally help out but I'm the weakest link when it comes to the actual work. Hence why I manage them and write up technical specs for them.

Musician, drummer, but I also sing, write and am learning bass, keys and tabla.
My last few jobs were dishwasher, janitor, dishwasher, voice acting, bindery, print shop, tax checks processor, food prep at dinner theatre, cashier, bike messenger, ticket sales at science center, swimming pool installer, and that takes me back to the late `80's.

I am a Network Engineer involved with AI, Network Security and Robotics within a Neural Network in essence self governing artificial Intelligence, whether it be defense or offense little robots will follow you everywhere up to microsize and adapt to your behavior. i am a repairman at a equipment manufacturing facility. We rent out a lot of our equipment so people can use it without necessarily buying it… and I repair it.
