Is it possible for a person to study witchcraft, but not be a practitioner of it?

It's illegal to practice REAL witchcraft, it was originally pedophilia with broomsticks.
Witchcraft came from women who wanted to have sex with drugged inducing broomsticks, that's the whole point why they were burned to death in witch trials. They sexualized children along with it.
Reminds me of all the pedophilia that's happening today, very similar.
It's not possible for anyone to successfully practice witchcraft. If anyone could, they would, and we would know for certain. But no one has ever been able to demonstrate such abilities.
Yes they have.
I know a few people who’ve been very successful
@On_cloud_wine Claiming to have done something is a long way from demonstrating it to the satisfaction of a skeptical audience. No one has ever given a convincing demonstration of any sort of witchcraft or magic or any other paranormal ability.
You’ve met every person who claims they play around with witchcraft? I can tell you for certain it’s real and it works and I know and have seen it work.
@On_cloud_wine I don’t have to meet them. Do you believe people can levitate? Predict the future? Find water by wiggling a stick? Cure disease by waving their hands in the air? I don’t have to meet all the people that claim these abilities to know that they are almost certainly not real. What demonstrations of the efficacy of witchcraft have you seen? When someone goes in front of a committee that knows how to investigate such claims and demonstrates them to the satisfaction of the committee, I will believe them. It would completely overturn our understanding of physics.
Oh, your a science nut. Let me guess, you’re an atheist, as well? And.. Nuh uh no one can be convinced without first hand experience or witness it themselves, so I’ll just leave it at that.
@On_cloud_wine that’s the only rational position. The rest is just wishing.

Of course, it is.
It is possible to study religion and have no religious beliefs.
Why does it matter unless they mix potions I don't see any results that will have any affects. There is no such thing as magic spells. It goes against how nature works.
It is possible but I think it would be cool to turn somebody into a newt.
Duh. You can learn about something without doing it.
It's possible. Same as it's possible to study serial killers.
